We could leave our luggage after checkout, the cleaning was good, and the hotel was close to the station. We stayed in a quadruple room. One part was perfect and really had two beds, but the other two beds were crammed into the entrance of what looked like an extension made by squeezing into a hallway. In that area there were no nightstands, no place to put a phone—even a small shelf—no stool or chair to leave clothes, nothing at all, just two beds pressed against the wall and practically no space to put the luggage.

“Hotel staying experience was very good, except for the roof top experience.”

The front desk and rooms were solid, but the rooftop bar cut down the value of the stay. The bar staff were terrible—had to go to the counter to order because the waitresses and waiter were busy chatting with each other and never checking on customers. This was one of the worst bar experiences I’ve had on my whole European trip. The young staff need to learn basic customer service, politeness, and professionalism. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel.

“Perfect for a few days in Girona!”

Great hotel for a couple of days in Girona. The reception area and staff were lovely; our room was very basic and a bit dated but it was super clean and the air‑con worked brilliantly, so it was absolutely fine for a few nights. A short walk into Girona’s Old Town. The breakfast buffet was really great and large. A little bit corporate but again, absolutely fine for a short city break. Nothing really, it was as we expected. I suspect the 4* part of the hotel would have slightly more modern and comfortable rooms but we really didn’t mind for a few nights. Cleanliness is always the main thing for me and it ticked that box.

“Hotel met goede lokatie”

Location and rooftop bar. The room and bathroom were far too small with a strange layout. No coffee in the room.
