The room was beautiful, the beds were great, and the terrace offered privacy—all fine. The woman at check‑in was very friendly, but the restaurant staff let us down; we missed professionalism. At a hotel of this price you expect more than uninterested people trying to fund their backpack adventure. Human contact matters a lot and shapes the impressions you take home.

Sam was at reception—an excellent young man, very polite and professional. Everything else was fine.

Very comfortable, very quiet, spacious, very clean, and the staff were very pleasant.

The rooms and bar were stylish. Only minor issues: no proper wine glasses in the room, my fish was slightly overcooked, and the minibar hadn’t been restocked after the previous guest.
