The hotel’s location, the staff’s support, and their availability are all geared toward satisfying guests. The beach and sea are quite high, so you can’t put a sun lounger on the sand; you just walk there, and souvenir vendors are very persistent, trying to make a living but being too present.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were great, and the gardens were beautiful. The sliding doors need some attention; we had two rooms and both had issues with them.

The property is stunning right on the beach, and the staff were absolutely outstanding—kind, caring, and quick to respond. The pool overlooking the sea is very relaxing, the balcony is gorgeous, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast was delicious, making for a wonderful stay that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a place in Senggigi. I did notice a few more bugs in my room than I’d like, but I understand that tropical islands have that issue beyond the hotel’s control. Soundproofing was not great; sometimes I could hear the TV from the next room and other loud building noises.

This resort was amazing—peaceful and not too large. All the facilities were great, and we loved the pool and beach area. Breakfast was substantial with a great variety, and the staff were attentive and helpful.
