The price‑to‑value ratio was spot‑on, and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, with almost no space to unpack. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, finding foreign hair everywhere, and the mattress was unfortunately too soft.

Cleanliness, staff friendliness, and proximity to the port. It could have basic items such as a luggage rack, safe, and mini‑fridge.

The location was great, with a bus stop right in front and close to the port, which suited us well. Breakfast was fine, and the staff—young and courteous—were a highlight. The hotel is basic, offering just a place to sleep, shower, and eat breakfast, with minimal furnishings. Knowing what to expect, it worked perfectly for our needs.

It was cheap and the receptionist was genuinely nice, the only person who showed appreciation. The cleaning crew was terrible, waking us at 8:30 for a clean‑up, holding the elevators, and when we arrived the bathroom was dirty (which was later fixed). Parking was full upon arrival and could not be reserved ahead of time. We paid for breakfast but only received ham, cheese, and bread—very limited choices, so I don’t recommend it.

The location was good. Some people were noisy.
