The fridge keeps making a high intermittent pitched noise; it might need a new compressor or just a defrost.
Everything was great.
The staff were friendly and the stores were close by, but our room had no natural light.
“Property does not look like pictures”
Breakfast was decent and the location works, but the rooms weren’t clean and the pool and hot tub were a letdown—pool water was freezing. We paid extra for this hotel, expecting the pictures to match reality, but the place and pool looked nothing like the online photos, leaving us extremely disappointed.
“Nice, large rooms”
The breakfast was full, fresh, and hot. No complaints there. We also enjoyed the location (3 restaurants within a few steps of our room). The beds were softer than expected, though not 5 🌟 quality. The room size was unexpectedly large. We had plenty of room to stretch out. Large mini fridge and a microwave available in the room for those late night snacks. The staff were nice and always had what we needed, from pool towels to extra tissues, they were eager to help out. The tub plug had to be manually held open. It's the twist kind that is supposed to stay open when twisted and it didn't. The sink was also clogged and drained so slowly that gunk from inside the drain bubbled up when you used it for anything more than a quick rinse of your hands. The pool is cold, though on a hot day the kids didn't mind. The pool deck does need a good scrub and the hot tub looked a little weird, bit the kids had fun, so I won't complain too much
