I stayed alone for a short time and it was still okay; the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was cool, there was a ceiling fan, and a hanger for clothes. The kiosk check‑in/out was very slow and took a long time, and I had to pay a RM50 deposit and a RM5 tax. The TV had no signal right away, and when I complained the staff said they used satellite. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

The room was clean, but the TV didn’t work, there was no tissue, no table in the room and everything was so tiny that I couldn’t place my belongings, the kettle was missing and there was no fridge, not even a small one.
