The staff were friendly and welcoming, the place was clean and modern, and there was an internal parking lot.
The room layout and common area were very cute and practical, and the setting felt like the countryside even though it wasn’t; the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was quite basic but still pleasant.
The parking was closed inside, the spot was ideal between Pisa and Florence, the town was a charming little place away from the tourist crowds, the kitchen was well equipped for meals, and there was a fridge in the room to store food or water. We stayed during a hot, humid period so there were a lot of mosquitoes (maybe add screens?). The breakfast was industrial, so it was better to bring your own food.
The accommodation was lovely with a small shared garden, and there were secure parking spaces on the premises; the staff were very friendly and spoke good English. However, there were many mosquitoes in the garden, though mosquito spray was provided in the property.
The location was good – you can reach the train station by bus or on foot, and from there travel to Pisa or Florence.
