The hotel had been closed for two months without any notice, which was outrageous—we showed up to locked doors. After calling the Wagner Group we were moved to another of their hotels for the first night in a different town, then shifted again to a third location for the rest of the week. The Wagner Group staff deserve high praise for handling the mix‑up quickly and without hassle, so I can’t really rate the hotel itself.
