Sentido Naga Bay - Adults friendly

We had a swim‑up room with sea view and were very satisfied; the room was beautiful and even larger than we imagined. The staff was consistently friendly and the whole hotel complex was nice and well maintained. There were several bars, giving plenty of options for drinks. The food was okay but nothing special. The adjacent hotel complex was also available for use; we played padel there, which we highly recommend—best after sunset, because it gets quite warm during the day. Overall we had a lovely stay and felt comfortable. The pool was only cleaned sometime in the afternoon; until then it was unpleasant to use because the water didn’t look very clean. A morning cleaning would be much better. Also, the food could be higher quality and more varied.

The room was spacious and cozily furnished. The beach was clean and great for snorkeling. The buffet offered plenty of choices, though it repeated items often. The pool and outdoor area were nicely designed. The room service and the neighboring hotel were disappointing.

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet and pleasant. The staff were truly kind, smiling, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were well received throughout our stay and felt comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism.

“Very good to relax”

The cleaning was spot‑on and the staff were always ready to help; Islam left a fun, unique touch in the room each day, and Karim, the bartender, was friendly and accommodating to every request. The food was tasty, though it didn’t match our Italian preferences.
