The property was clean, well decorated, and the staff were professional and helpful. However, at check‑in the shower walls and floor had long straight strands of hair; I had to remove them. The pillows were tiny, and one was almost completely flattened.

It was a nice spot to stay—clean, comfortable, and the staff were great. Unfortunately, one night just didn't give us enough time to truly enjoy everything.

The rooms were spotless, but there were no microwaves available.

Staff was very friendly. Especially shar at the front desk. She helped me book another 2 nights at the hotel and she also talked about the Cincinnati Zoo. So we went to the zoo and it was a great time. It was a pleasure to talk to her. Thanks again. I have nothing bed to say
