The hotel had a really unique style and atmosphere that set it apart from other places I’ve stayed. It had a cool vibe that reminded me of the 90s in the best way. The entire property was very clean, including the room and bathroom, which were both beautiful. I also loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—they smelled amazing. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. There was very little to dislike; overall, we had a great experience.

“Like the hotel but for the money would not stay there again”

The funky Bohemian decor and gorgeous bar were great, and the location was convenient. However, the rooms could use a good cleaning—sheets had holes and didn’t fit the mattress, towels were frayed and scratchy, and the mattress was old and sagging. On the nights we stayed, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so it was quite hot and uncomfortable, and the hotel offered no apology.

“Beautiful oasis”

Friendly staff and a beautifully decorated room with a very comfortable bed made my stay in downtown Chattanooga a delight, though the breakfast had few options and lacked plant‑based milk.
