The restored property kept historical details while adding modern and functional furnishings; the top‑floor lounge with panoramic mountain views, the beautiful outdoor hot tub, and the hay room included in the room price were a must‑try! The staff were kind and helpful, and the location in the village of Pescarzo was excellent. The bedroom had a good temperature, but the kitchen on the upper floor and the top‑floor lounge were very hot, probably because there was no air conditioning… in summer that could be an issue. We didn’t ask about it because we only stayed one night and we could sleep in the bedroom.

The house was newly renovated and in excellent condition. Alessandro was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, in one of the most welcoming villages in the area, it was cool in the summer but very close to services. The only downside for longer stays was the lack of a washing machine. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was clean, tidy, and nicely prepared. We especially liked the whirlpool and the amazing mountain view. A kettle and coffee machine were available, and the generous towels were a pleasant surprise. Minor details that could be fixed quickly— we would have appreciated a knife and a dish drip tray in the kitchen. A few eggs at breakfast would have been great. We were not happy that right next to the bedroom door there was a room with a bed where you could hear everything; it felt like we didn’t have privacy.

The accommodation was very lovingly furnished, we had a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The hay bed, the whirlpool, and the beautiful hiking trails in the mountains are definitely highlights of the place. The host Alessandro was very, very friendly and accommodating. Communication was smooth. We were very satisfied and would gladly return.
