“Exemplo de uma hospedagem péssima.”
I was expecting a rustic lodge, not a run-down place. Everything was very old, poorly maintained, the pools were dirty, the sauna unusable (turned into a storage for broken equipment), and the support was terrible. The bad experience started when we had to pay an extra pet fee without prior notice or any information about the amount anywhere. The front‑desk staff said we should have informed them beforehand, but the lodge should have told us, not us looking for them ourselves. That was the least of it… when we arrived the room lights were not working (they were replaced later) and the air conditioner simply didn’t work because its plug wasn’t compatible with the outlet, and the lodge simply didn’t have an adapter for that situation. When we asked about the lodge manager, we were told that the manager only worked on weekdays. The receptionist gave us his number to try to resolve the issue, but he just looked at it and never returned the call. Finally, they took an air conditioner from another room to replace ours, meaning some guest was left without a unit since the lodge was at full capacity that day. To finish, the mini‑fridge – which should have existed there before I was born in 1996 – wasn’t working, and it’s not even necessary to say that the air conditioner had not been maintained or cleaned for at least a few years… In short: a terrible experience that I do not recommend to anyone.
