I have mixed feelings about my recent stay at this hotel. While the location was a major plus, it was unfortunately overshadowed by several issues that left a sour taste in my mouth. The hotel's cleanliness was a major concern, with a broken and hanging shower door being just one of the many problems I encountered. Unfortunately, the staff's attitude didn't help to alleviate my frustrations, making for a disappointing overall experience.

While the hotel's location near the historic city center is a major plus, my stay was marred by several issues. The breakfast options were extremely limited, and the beds were far from comfortable. To make matters worse, there was a persistent bad smell in the drain, and the Wi-Fi was woefully inadequate. To top it all off, the outlets were so weak that they couldn't even power the hotel's own appliances.

I was initially concerned when I arrived to find out that my room wasn't ready, but thankfully, the issue was resolved quickly. What made up for this initial hiccup was the exceptional service provided by Rose, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Additionally, the room was spotlessly cleaned every day, which was a lovely touch.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's proximity to the Plaza de Cusco, which made it easy to explore the city. However, my experience was soured by a rather unpleasant encounter with one of the hotel staff members at night. When I asked to use the hair dryer, which was located in a different room, I was told that I couldn't access it, leaving me with damp hair for the entire night.

I had a rather disappointing stay at this hotel, despite its fantastic location close to the city center. The night concierge provided terrible service, and the facilities were dirty with a strong unpleasant odor. The sheets were in poor condition, and when I requested a hair dryer in advance, I was surprised to learn they only had one available for the entire hotel.
