The spacious, clean room had a comfy bed, air‑con and balcony; I enjoyed a great massage, the pools, saunas, steam rooms, and the relaxing outdoor area; the staff were friendly even though we didn’t speak Bulgarian, and breakfast was good; the location worked well for exploring Devin and the surrounding area, and we also played billiards downstairs; however, the rooftop bar and cocktail bar in the reception were closed during our stay, and the nightclub was unusually quiet—just us playing billiards—which felt odd but likely because it was early September and the season was ending.
