The location was fine, but there was a power shortage and the room had no electricity.

Stains were visible on the floor, the sewer smell was strong, and even though the bathroom was empty, it still smelled like poop; I couldn't sleep and left at 6:00 a.m.

The room had not been cleaned, and I had no idea if the sheets were changed. They charged an extra $20 deposit per dog, even though we had three small ones and were only there for a few hours. The room was already ruined, so there was no way to prove any damage. The staff said the place was full and gave us a take-it-or-leave-it attitude, though the parking lot was empty.

The staff were incredibly friendly, but the first room I got had some issues. I had trouble with the TV and the door latch, so they moved me to the next room, which had a faulty air conditioner. Luckily, the staff fixed it immediately and I slept very well afterward.
