The location and food are fine, but the rooms are terrible: damaged floors, bad bathrooms, a shower basin that floods and smells, and the rooms just aren’t tidy or pleasant to stay in.

The location is good, but construction and drilling noises keep me up, and a midnight wake‑up call to settle a small bill—without even an apology the next day—really messed up my sleep.

I’ve been staying at Lemon Tree for a while now, and the location is great while the breakfast is decent. The check‑in took ages; when I asked if my luggage could be brought to my room, the staff said it would arrive in 10 minutes, but I had to come down after 30 minutes to collect it. The hotel feels geared toward corporate guests rather than families, and I hope it doesn’t turn into a high‑end OYO. I’ll look for a different place on my next trip.
