The hotel was lovely, the room was big enough for four and the bathroom was spacious, but I couldn't stop the fan in the bathroom that ran all night and could be heard; the room felt a bit cold and I couldn’t find the air‑condition remote.

A modern hotel with great breakfast, we received an upgrade, the S‑bahn is nearby, and it’s quick to the city centre and the Neue Flora.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Our room was huge, and it was unusual to have the washbasin standing in the room. The hotel is only a few hundred metres from Neuen Flora, where we saw the Tarzan musical, and it is also well connected to bus and S‑bahn transport. The car was parked safely in the underground parking (20€/day). Everything was fine.

The location is convenient for transport, the décor is nice and the equipment is in good condition, everything is clean and quiet. The summer heat is unbearable; a large floor‑to‑ceiling window lets in a lot of sun, and even with the curtains drawn it stays hot. Air conditioning or better ventilation would have helped.
