The rooms were spotless, the beds were of the highest quality, and the bathrooms were spacious with excellent water pressure and temperature control.

Food was plentiful but the average quality was below average; the check‑in, check‑out, and luggage delivery felt like the Stone Age compared to Bonvoy Sheraton hotels worldwide, whereas at Four Seasons it took only two minutes to check in and three minutes to get the items in the room.
Housekeeping was very clean, especially Nasma who kept everything spotless; overall it was good.
