The place was clean and the staff were enthusiastic, but the faucet was broken.

The rooms were generally comfortable. The reception on the ground floor felt unwelcoming and didn’t make me want to stay there before heading downtown; the space looked like it was still under renovation, so maybe that will change over time. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, and we probably would have preferred a closer option.

“Excellent location in Da Nang”

I stayed at Elite24 for 14 days and had a very good experience. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was consistent. The shower area in my original room was extremely small and, as a Western-sized woman, I simply couldn't comfortably fit. The staff kindly upgraded me at no charge, and the new room had an excellent view of the Dragon Bridge. A few negatives: the room lighting is quite dark, there was no knife, cutting board or iron, and the bathroom spaces generally seem like an afterthought in the room design

“Nice, clean and welcoming hotel”

The staff were great! The room was big, clean and comfortable; nice coffee shops nearby and close to the river, the shower was a bit tight, but it worked. I would recommend.

“Convenient stay and friendly staff.”

We were just looking for a hotel to stay the night before our early morning flight out of Da Nang the next day. What we appreciated the most was that when we checked in we discovered the room we'd booked had just one double bed for four of us (2 adults, 2 kids). When we asked for an extra bed, they went above and beyond by upgrading us to a two-bedroom. Not only that, but because housekeeping had already left for the day, the front desk staff personally cleaned the new room to prepare it for us. Nothing really to dislike
