“One of top Gentleman's hotel in Downtown San Jose CR!”
The hotel runs very professionally, meeting USA standards. The restaurant and morning breakfast buffet are satisfying, and the in‑house security is excellent, keeping guests safe. However, I had a bad experience with the private driver, Marcos—he’s a good driver but lacks honesty and integrity. I was quoted a USD rate but charged double in Costa Rican money, received no refund or credit, only excuses. Buyer beware.

Breakfast was a treat. The bar staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional. Housekeeping was the best. I had an issue with the hot tub not holding water; the staff responded quickly and fixed it.
