“I have stayed here before with no issues but this stay was a bit frustrating.”

The location was good. We had to change rooms at 12:30 am because the A/C wasn’t cooling properly. After a long night trying to sleep, the housekeeper knocked on our door shortly after 8:00 am and woke us up asking if we needed towels, even though we never told them we did.

“We plan to make the same reservations over and over again.”

Right outside our room there was a small patio with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. During a heatwave the room stayed surprisingly cool and comfortable. Breakfast was available every day. The hotel was perfectly positioned for everything we planned to do. The pool was clean and the water temperature was just right.

“Location was good but facility needed some work”

The lady who worked in the mornings was very personable. The AC didn’t cool; the shower valve stem was broken so I didn’t have warm water. Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, toast, or a make‑your‑own‑pancake station. The gentleman on the Saturday night shift had a sign saying he was out of the office, so I had to wait for breakfast. The next shift’s lady arrived and found him in the back office; he opened the breakfast area. Since I was working and needed somewhere to be, that was a problem.

“Quite enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.”

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I got a late checkout without any issues. The parking lot was big enough that my husband had no trouble pulling the trailer in. The AC was a bit unreliable, and the tub felt soft in the middle.
