Quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the sun, the beach, the pool, and the excellent Canarian food. Although the facilities are well maintained, it’s clear that some of them are already a few years old.

The food was fabulous. The bracelets used to open the doors were a bit annoying.

Overall everything was fine. The jets and the jacuzzi in the pool were not working.

The breakfast is amazing and the spa/fitness area is great, but the hotel is too large and the front desk is dismissive; they don’t give you the correct room. The noise level is high, with low‑quality music next to the rooms and a mildew smell throughout the rooms. The pools are tiny compared to the world’s standards and grabbing a single lounge chair is hard. The restaurants around the hotel are unbearable and bad, and I found out it was more expensive than 5‑star hotels by the sea in Barcelona—what a joke.
