Overall a nice hotel. Clean, pleasant room, friendly staff. The half‑board could use improvement – the vegetables were over‑cooked and bland, the sauces seemed mostly instant, the evening selection was clear but they kept refilling.

The staff were very accommodating, the place sits right in the woods, yet attractions are still easy to reach, and having fixed seating at meals meant less chaos.
