Staff were polite. Room was cold, couldn't regulate the radiator. We went for cooked breakfast which was cold

Central location in Truro with a secure car park; disappointed that we couldn’t celebrate a successful cathedral event with friends because the last orders were at 9:45, which feels somewhat early for a hotel, and there seemed to be no room service options. The staff were very pleasant, but some appeared to lack the necessary experience.
