The location is fine, rooms are clean with hot water. Parking was a disaster, getting there was very difficult, and they added extra charges for tax and parking.

Worst stay since I started booking through Booking. First, the hotel was hard to locate. I had booked a 4‑person room with a balcony, but upon arrival I was told that room was unavailable. The staff offered me two separate rooms in different buildings, while I was traveling with my two children, which was totally unacceptable for a family booking. Regarding parking, I had asked beforehand if I could leave my car in their lot, and they confirmed it. Yet during the day they asked me to move my car out, and I spent over 20 minutes searching for a spot outside. The next day they let me return my car to the lot, but demanded an extra €8, even though the issue stemmed from their own mismanagement and had already caused me many inconveniences. Finally, the Booking price listed was €224 taxes included, but at checkout I was charged an additional €36 presented as taxes of unknown nature. I still cannot obtain a clear invoice explaining those €36. In short: booked room unavailable, family split into two rooms, parking problems, extra fees, and no clear invoice. A deeply disappointing experience I would not recommend at all; the worst since I became a Booking customer.

The spot is very good, just a few minutes on foot from the city centre, and the room was spacious, well‑equipped, and quiet.
