The location was good. I received an email saying they could pick me up from the airport for fee. I gave all my information on WhatsApp, flight time arrival etc and while I was on my 10 hour plus flight I received another email saying no pick up! The door locks didn't work the majority of the time, no elevator so I had to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Don't advertise you know English and then not be able to communicate!!! Turning the fan off after you cleaned, it was so stuffy in there. Giving me a towel with blood stains and then throwing it on top of my clothes

The staff were attentive, but the cleaning was very poor. The place is far from the centre but in a reliable area.

The location is super convenient for exploring Rome. The cleanliness was not impeccable; I had booked a private bathroom but was given a shared one.
