The location and food were fine, but the internet in the room was very poor.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected. The room was not clean when we checked in, and we found a dead cockroach that stayed there throughout our stay despite repeated complaints to housekeeping. The hotel also failed to provide basic amenities such as bath towels and coffee sachets, forcing us to follow up repeatedly, which was frustrating and unacceptable. Poor hygiene, unresponsive housekeeping, and inadequate service made this a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves its standards.

Only the location was acceptable, but the property was large yet stinky and very unhygienic. The flooring was bad, beds were dirty, and mosquitoes were everywhere, so I checked out on the 19th.

The staff reception was fine, but every washroom was unclean with broken tiles and the beds were unhygienic.
