The location is great, but the mule is a bit of a hassle.

The hosts are exceptionally kind and straightforward. There’s a top‑tier restaurant right next door offering a 10% discount that we didn’t take because the food was already excellent. The metal bed feels very Italian.

The spot is ideal for walks, bike rides, and river bathing (right next to it!). Luca and Marta are special, always super available with advice and information, very knowledgeable. Everyone else, including Trilly and Pepe and their little dogs, is friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

The agriturismo sits right on the Valnerina cycle path and is run by Marta and Luca with the help of their parents, Rita and Claudio—a warm, very kind family that instantly makes you feel at home. They help plan routes to the beautiful hilltop villages for amazing views. The parking is great, the garden is well tended with plants blooming at different times, creating a welcoming green space. The room is spacious, the bathroom comfortable, and the mattress is excellent—sleep was great. Breakfast is genuine, with homemade jams and pastries, and the dinners prepared by Mr. Claudio are always top‑quality, straight from the garden. Even though we arrived with our MTB, we could use the covered bike shed, water to rinse, electricity for batteries, and Dad Claudio fixed a few bike issues. Rita, Marta, Claudio, Luca, your wonderful hospitality, courtesy, and expertise made our vacation unforgettable. Thanks again and best wishes for your business. The absolute silence was a highlight, but the information suggested there was a restaurant, which turned out not to be the case. Perhaps I was mistaken.
