Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was a disappointing one. When I tried to cancel my booking, I received no response, and my money was taken without any consideration. This lack of communication and respect for my wishes left a sour taste in my mouth.

I've stayed at this hotel three times, and unfortunately, it seems like the room size is getting smaller each time. The main highlights of my stay were the excellent breakfast and the relaxing bath experience. However, the tiny room space made it difficult to store my luggage, and the bathroom felt more like a business facility than a personal space. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the room's compactness was a major drawback.

I was thoroughly impressed with how convenient the hotel's location was, being right next to the train station, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the large public bath. However, I felt that the security measures could be improved, especially considering the hotel's proximity to the station. For instance, it would be great if the elevators were restricted to guests only, perhaps with a card reader for added security.

I appreciated the hotel's central location, the option to choose the size of my pillow, and the Hansen amenities. However, I found the bathroom to be quite narrow and the room was too small to accommodate two suitcases at the same time, which was a bit of a challenge.

While my stay at this hotel was pleasant, I was disappointed by the extremely small room size. The staff, however, were excellent and made me feel very welcome. They were friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made up for the room's shortcomings to some extent.
