“Esperienza bellissima”
I thought the price was a little steep, yet the experience far surpassed my expectations; the property is brand new, everything looks as if it’s just been finished, and both the common areas and my room were spotless. The linens were brand‑new and high‑quality, the essential furnishings were dignified, and the bathroom was large. My room had a bathroom fully adapted for disabled guests—being a former OSS, I can confirm the floor‑level shower with a proper slope, the chair, and the WC bidet all work perfectly. There’s no air‑conditioning, just a fan, which was clearly stated at booking (good that they were honest!). The Italian breakfast, all sweet, was more than respectable with a good variety. Francesca was wonderful—extremely kind and helpful. I needed a place to store some low‑perish, sealed food, and she told me guests could use a fridge in the common area (Francesca, you’re priceless!) and even kept ice for my portable fridge. At the end, caught up in conversation and laughter, I forgot my key in my pocket; as soon as I realized, I called and Francesca stayed completely calm, letting me finish the event I was attending without making a dozen trips—she was more worried about me than anything.
