The room was nice with a balcony overlooking a pedestrian street, the bathroom was decent except for the shower curtain, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the central location meant plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops were nearby. Breakfast was fine, but the room was not the nicest; the basement had no Wi‑Fi at all, and overall the building’s Wi‑Fi was poor.

The hotel was in the city centre, the room was clean and had retro décor. The breakfast was a full buffet of sweet and savoury items, but the food quality was low.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was good with many cafés, restaurants and shops close by. The central location could get noisy at night, the bathroom was old and the shower was very small, so water splashed everywhere when showering.

The welcome, courtesy, listening, location, air‑conditioning, room size, and the room upgrade they did for us were all great. The bathroom needs a review: the old shower head was a small bath‑shower instead of a spray, which was problematic. The floors were sticky, and they habitually left folded sheets, so we had to make the bed again. The continental breakfast was standard, with no fruit.
