The location is great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about.

The location is exceptional—right above Family Mart and close to Sukiya for midnight meals if jet lag hits. Getting to Haneda Airport is a breeze. The area is quiet but has plenty of train lines nearby, and the seaside views are lovely. Booking over three months in advance gives great value. With self‑check‑in you can pick your own room. The shower has excellent water pressure and the toilet seat is heated. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English well. Only drawback: there are just two coin washers (¥400 for 30 min) and two dryers (¥100 for 15 min) in a hotel of this size. Staff will help empty them, but if another guest is slow to remove their clothes, it can be a hassle. The luggage service via QR code works only with certain hotels, so we had to ship our luggage from the Family Mart downstairs. Like most Japanese hotels, you get only one pillow per person; if I had stayed longer I would have asked for an extra one.

The connection to Haneda Airport is great. The blanket and curtain were dirty.
