The location is spot on – right in the middle of everything, easy to walk to shops and sights.
The staff were full of energy and made the whole experience feel lively.

“Probably will not return. Affordable but at a cost.”
The location was fabulous, yet the staff seemed clueless about the pricing and the deposit, so I lost half the deposit after endless back‑and‑forth. The accommodation was hot, dirty, and the bathrooms only had cold water. I would not recommend.

The dorm was spotless and roomy, and the AC kept us cool all night. The only hiccup was the weekend noise – not a surprise in a tourist hotspot.
The spot was great, close to the town’s key places, and the volunteers were friendly and helpful. But the place itself is pretty cramped, especially on the ground floor where there’s little ventilation or natural light. The second floor was better, but the private‑bathroom room on the ground floor was still poorly ventilated and overall a bit rough. That’s why the value doesn’t add up – we ended up staying at a more comfortable hostel on the Pacific side for a lower price.
