I was really looking forward to staying here, but things got off to a rocky start when I was given a different room than the one I booked. The staff seemed apologetic, but it was a bit of a hassle to sort it out. On the bright side, the food in the hotel's restaurant was seriously good – I had some of the best meals I've had in a long time. It's a shame the room mix-up overshadowed the rest of my stay.
