“A great experience which you don’t get in a standard hotel”

This hotel is a real gem, especially if you're looking to escape the chaos of North Goa for a bit. The views and scenery are simply stunning, and the atmosphere is super relaxing - it's the perfect place to unwind. The staff are also really accommodating, making sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is the road leading up to the hotel, which could definitely do with a bit of resurfacing - but it's a small price to pay for the tranquility that awaits you.

“Perfect retreat for couples to wind down!”

We stumbled upon a gem of a place that's perfect for couples looking to relax and unwind. The accommodation and restaurant here are top-notch, offering a traditional luxury experience that rivals some of the world's most exclusive destinations, like the Maldives. After our whirlwind adventure across India, this was the perfect haven to unwind and recharge. The tranquil atmosphere and stunning surroundings made it feel like a true retreat from the world.

The property in itself was lovely. Amazing views and spacious rooms. We encountered several issues on day 1. No running water, toilet does not flush. Then the shower flooded. Wifi did not work. Took over an hour to order breakfast as no one at the restaurant answered the phone, which they advertise as room service. Lack of privacy/security. People from the public were taking pictures outside of our room. People could also see our balcony from the restaurant. And it was very noisy as workers were constantly talking outside. Rooms were not cleaned either. The location is terrible as 30/40mins from anywhere. For nearly £200 a night this was just unacceptable. When we complained at checkout they offered us no compensation at all after nearly an hour of complaining. For someone who is a travel agent I found this absolutely appalling and have never come across such bad service in my entire career

This hotel really knows how to create a relaxing atmosphere - the moment I stepped in, I felt like I was in a different world. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or offer a smile. The food was also top-notch, with a great selection of dishes that were both delicious and reasonably priced. The view from my room was simply stunning, with a beautiful landscape that changed with the seasons.

“Truly a luxurious experience”

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was a bit worried that I'd have some complaints to write, but honestly, everything was just great. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, I was impressed with the hotel's service and facilities.
