The room was clean. After I rented it, the receptionist told me that the TV didn't work.

Nothing good. The place was filthy, they charged more than what was stated in the rate, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the shower was broken.

I never got my keys and was handed a room in a really ugly spot that smelled of cigarette smoke and dampness, and the breakfast was very plain and seemed to be served with a hint of reluctance. It’s a place for those with no budget, but it’s not worth it; it was truly chaotic, and if you don’t bring cash and want to pay by card they try to charge you more, and because of the time I arrived I didn’t know how to solve it, so I had to accept it or they didn’t care and if they don’t like you, you’re told to leave—terrible.
