We had the most incredible stay, a truly luxurious experience from start to finish. The lodge itself was stunning, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff were exceptional: so kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special. A special mention to Tshepo, our ranger, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also great fun to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed every game drive with him and learned so much along the way. William, our butler, was an absolute gem, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best possible experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Amanda was also wonderful, warm, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Marco, what a talented chef he is. Great delights served every day.
