The place sits in a quiet area just a short walk from the city centre, which was great. Unfortunately the building’s façade wasn’t very appealing and there was trash scattered in front of the entrance, and the bathroom’s all‑black décor – even the towels – felt a bit off.

The flat was comfortable and lovely, with a nice spread of breakfast items and owners who were always ready to help, so we enjoyed a pleasant stay. The downside was the roadside parking and the endless stairs – the bathroom is on the second floor and you have to climb another level, and the floorboards creak loudly. It’s reasonably priced for a couple, but the rate jumps up a lot if you’re four people.

The next morning we were hit with a strong sewer smell that made the room uncomfortable.

The apartment was spacious and really nice, with a well‑equipped kitchen and a big fridge. We felt completely at home and everything went smoothly.
