The owner is great—helpful, hospitable, friendly, dynamic, and informative; the location is fine, about 13 minutes to the station and a little further to the city center; the room has a bit of a lower side due to beams, which is a concern for my 1.88 m height, so watch out for being blown; one bed on the lower side of the room was fine, while the other on the higher side was a bit small and too firm for me.
