The lady was very friendly. Thanks! The kitchen is equipped enough to prepare normal meals. The bathroom is new and clean. In the kitchen there's no bowl for cereal or large coffee cups. A broom or mop could also be left on the floor; there was a lot of dirt that the wind blew across the whole floor. The bed in the room was broken, but one side was still usable for a normal sleep. Since I was alone, that was okay, but the room in its current state isn't suitable for two people.
I arrived in Krk at the start of March, and the main reason I chose this place was the central heating. Unfortunately, the heating was switched off and the owner told me it would stay off for the duration of my stay. He suggested using the air conditioning for warmth, but that didn’t really work.
The owner was friendly, the location was excellent, there was parking, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable and large, the rooms were tidy, the surroundings were peaceful, and the night was quiet. The only downside is that the kitchen and living area are combined, which requires some adjustment.

The location is great, the apartment is spacious, and the host was friendly. However, there were not enough dishes, and missing tea cups and a salad bowl.
The host’s mother welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. The apartment sits on the first floor of a family house in a very quiet area, and sleeping there was comfortable. It also has a fully equipped kitchen. A gas station with a café and a supermarket is nearby, and the beach is a 5‑minute drive away. Punat and Krk are 15 minutes by car. The location is ideal between the towns and great for hiking. We were very satisfied with this choice.
