As a long‑term guest, I was used to excellent reception and facilities, but I was given a smelly room facing the street, with broken blinds and no fridge or water boiler. I had requested a garden‑facing room with a bay window. Breakfast was excellent.

The location was great, within walking distance of the main attractions in the old city. The setting was beautiful, with a classical look and artsy decor and design. The front desk and staff were very polite and accommodating.
