The place was stunning, and I was shocked how close it was to the beach—just a short walk and you could see the Mediterranean through the trees from the outdoor lounge. The beach itself felt almost deserted, like a private island, and the owner, Annarita, was incredibly friendly. Everyone we met in Sicily, even the guy who accidentally drove into me, were all welcoming. I usually give positive reviews, but this spot tops all the others in Sicily; it’s perfect for disconnecting. The only caveat is that the path to the beach is steep and it takes about 40 minutes to walk to San Leone.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated, and the beach location is fantastic.

The place was very clean and the staff were exceptional, always ready to meet any request. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and the beach was only 100 metres away. The parking provided by the property wasn’t suitable for all vehicles; because the street slopes down and our car was very low, we couldn’t park inside. However, there was parking on the main road.

The yurt was very clean and roomy for the four of us, offered a nice sea view, and the beach was very quiet.
