My mother and I stayed at this hotel. We booked the day before arrival and explicitly asked for a room with two separate beds. At check‑in we were given a room with a double bed and a three‑tier bunk bed. That setup didn’t suit us; the lowest bunk was too narrow and uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms and get the two separate beds we originally requested. We were promised a transfer to another room with two separate beds the next day. We returned from the sea around 20:00. The door to the new room was open: one of our suitcases had been left on the threshold, preventing the door from closing, while the other was next to it. The lights were on and the bathroom had no soap. Moreover, the issue that prompted the room change remained unresolved: instead of the promised two separate beds, we found another single double bed, not separated. I went to the reception, calmly asking if the problem could be fixed. That’s where the most unpleasant part happened. The staff member at reception replied, essentially: “What can I do for you? The staff has already gone home. At this hour I can’t do anything for you.” The response itself was disappointing, but more so was the manner in which it was delivered. I felt treated as if I were asking for something extraordinary or beyond my rights, even though I wasn’t requesting a special favor.
