Nestled in Deseşti, Pensiunea Mara offers comfortable rooms ideal for hikers and anglers. Guests enjoy a sunny terrace, garden, on‑site restaurant and bar, free Wi‑Fi, lounge, barbecue area, and complimentary private parking. The historic Wooden Church of Deseşti lies under 1 km away, with additional wooden churches within 3.3 km. Highly praised for its host, garden, and breakfast.

The host was very hospitable and friendly; the rooms were clean, the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the food they prepared was tasty with locally sourced ingredients. No complaints.

Maria was very gracious and helpful. The location is less than 2 miles from Desesti Wooden Church. Breakfast and dinner are included. The room is clean and the setting is beautiful. The only downside is the narrow road that leads to the property.

The location is very quiet with many recreational options on the premises. The host is very kind and friendly, and the food is excellent. I give it a perfect 10!
