Everything was excellent.
“Dirty, very dirty.”
The only thing that mattered was the location, but I’ll never recommend it! The sheets and the whole room were VERY DIRTY and disgusting! We asked for another room, but it was fully booked. They swapped the sheets, yet the rest of the room stayed unclean.
“A beautiful and charming hotel, where I would definitely stay again.”
I appreciated how close it was to the city centre and the lovely street it sat on. The breakfast was a daily highlight! I thought the shower could have been bigger; it felt a bit claustrophobic. Aside from that, it was great.
The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating!!! The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel’s location in Bath is perfect. The room on the second basement level near the staircase was not ideal.
“Visit to Edgar Townhouse”
The central spot and the historic building were great, plus a charming little garden and a very good breakfast. Room 19 required a lot of stairs to reach, one lampshade had its cover ripped off, the shower was grimy along the bottom of the door slide, the plastic toilet seat kept moving while in use, some of the hot chocolate and coffee packets looked a bit old and worn, the tea bags were low quality, and the receptionist seemed unfriendly, unwelcoming, and too busy.
