The rooms are comfortable and clean, the facility is very convenient in the center with a large parking lot nearby (setting the GPS to Piazza Rossi avoids narrow streets and ZTL). Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, both sweet and savory. The host is very kind and welcoming. Everything is perfect.

Good location. The host was friendly and helped us with parking our car. The bathroom in our room was limited in space. Breakfast was too simple, lacking fresh bread and savory accompaniments (e.g., cheese), and focused too much on sweets.
