This small hotel is gorgeous with stunning views and a very personal touch; the owner is proud of creating a ‘home‑like’ vibe and is always helpful and friendly. There’s nothing I’d dislike.

The staff were amazing—super attentive and kind—and the service felt so personal that I felt like family; the place is so intimate it gives you a lot of peace. The air conditioning barely cooled, so we never felt truly fresh; when I arrived the bathroom had mosquito larvae, but they cleaned it quickly.

The place feels magical, close to the best beach in Zihuatanejo, with spacious, comfortable rooms that are tastefully decorated; breakfast is spectacular, Christian the owner was very kind to us, the staff were attentive, and the pool is highly enjoyable.

The décor is stunning and the beach views are spectacular; the rooms are roomy, spotless, and fully equipped. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet, almost as if the entire hotel is yours. The pool is immaculate and the water temperature is spot‑on. Christian, the host, is exceptionally kind and attentive, and his bread is truly extraordinary. The coffee tastes great, and the breakfast spread of fresh fruit and juice is delightful. The place feels very private and lovely, just a short (though steep) walk from La Ropa beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and El Partenon is nearby. Getting to downtown is a breeze with taxis or a combi (public mini‑van). I appreciate that the hotel welcomes pets and is surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. I’ll definitely return!
