The room was small but nice, clean, adequate, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom also great. The room had air‑conditioning, the bathroom had underfloor heating. The location of the property was ideal. We were able to keep our bike in the room. I received a hair dryer in the morning. I could check out at 12 pm for free. At check‑in the receptionist was a disaster, she didn’t even ask how I wanted to pay, the money was blocked on my credit card right away. She didn’t inform us how much breakfast costs, if I had known it was 19.50 € I would never have chosen it. I told her I wanted breakfast at 7:30, but she told me that on Sunday breakfast starts at 8:00, so I said we would have breakfast at 8:00 with my husband, she wrote it down and then told us that from that hour there is a large group for breakfast and they want to eat together so maybe we should come later. She also told us that reception (on Saturday) works until 18 (the website says until 21), so after 18 the front door would be closed and it would not be a problem if it weren’t that we left the room after 18, and the staff were handling a group at reception, and the front door was wide open. We returned to the hotel after 19, the door was still wide open but no one at reception… For breakfast on Sunday we decided with my husband to come after 8 to be sure the “group” was finished. We entered at 8:15, the breakfast hall was empty, the buffet was empty, a different staff member than the one from the previous day told us we could pick a table… and that breakfast would be ready in 10‑15 min, but we got coffee. So the staff from the previous day were lying about a group, because all the time we were at breakfast no one came (at the end one lady came… One of the staff at breakfast came to apologize that there was a misunderstanding and they didn’t know someone would be at 8:00 for breakfast, so that’s why breakfast wasn’t from 8… I wanted to make coffee in the room but it turned out the express coffee machine didn’t work. Both small bedside lamps were broken (they work but are broken and only light the floor).
