“Central and convenient stay”
The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The shower area could use some upgrades. I miss having a lounge or lobby, and having breakfast on site would definitely be a bonus.
Amazing for the price point. The hallway on the 4th floor had a slight odor, probably due to humidity and the fact that the 4th floor is directly under the pool. The room itself was perfect. I trust you’ll improve that. Looking forward to my next stay!
“Tout est parfait”
The staff were kind, very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful, but the location was a major drawback—though it was very practical, accessible to everything, and close to shops.
The location is very good, close to the metro and BTS. The rooms are nice and well maintained, although one room smelled like damp cloth; after I pointed it out, the staff ventilated the room, which wasn’t easy because the windows face the hotel patio.
The location was ideal, and for a few days in Bangkok this hotel proved to be a solid choice.
